The Stark County Fair Association is a volunteer board that meets monthly at the Stark-Billings County Extension Office.

• To provide a multi-use complex for education, recreation and public enjoyment.

• The Stark County fairgrounds is a safe, multi-use complex that is open, accesssible and available for everyone's enjoyment.
