Every year, during the two weeks leading up to July 4th, Dickinson comes alive with thrilling rodeo events, a crash-tastic demolition derby, live music, a fun-filled carnival, and more—all taking place at the Stark County Fairgrounds. And that's not all! The excitement continues all over the Dickinson area with the fan-favorite Roughrider Days Parade, spectacular fireworks, and many other events! It’s a western North Dakota tradition that’s been uniting generations, and it’s simply not the 4th of July without it. Come for the excitement, stay for the memories—
